1. சுழி என்றால் என்ன
சுழி என்பது ஒளியோன் ஆய்வகம் ("நாங்கள்") https://suzhi.oliyonresearch.com முகவரியில் இயக்கும் இலவசக் கருவி. இதில் நீங்கள் தமிழ் எழுத்துருக்களை உருவாக்கி, உங்கள் கணக்கில் சேமித்து, எழுத்துருக் கோப்புகளை உருவாக்கி, விரும்பினால் மற்றவர்களுடன் பகிரலாம். எந்தக் கட்டணமும் இல்லை; கட்டண அம்சங்களும் இல்லை.
2. உங்கள் கணக்கு
சரிபார்க்கப்பட்ட மின்னஞ்சல் அல்லது Google கணக்கு மூலம் உள்நுழைகிறீர்கள். உங்கள் கணக்கில் நடக்கும் செயல்களுக்கு நீங்களே பொறுப்பு. 13 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்டவராக இருக்க வேண்டும், அல்லது பெற்றோர்/பாதுகாவலர் ஒப்புதலுடன் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
3. உங்கள் எழுத்துருக்கள் உங்களுடையவை
நீங்கள் வரையும் எழுத்து வடிவங்களும் அவற்றிலிருந்து உருவாகும் எழுத்துருக்களும் உங்கள் படைப்பு. அவற்றின் பதிப்புரிமை உட்பட அனைத்து உரிமைகளும் உங்களிடமே இருக்கும். இந்த விதிமுறைகள் எதுவும் உரிமையை எங்களுக்கு மாற்றாது.
4. இயக்குநரின் அணுகல்
சுழியைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம், இயக்குநரும் நிர்வாகிகளும் ஒவ்வொரு முறையும் உங்களைக் கேட்காமல், நீங்கள் இங்கு உருவாக்கும் எந்த எழுத்துருவையும் எழுத்தையும் அணுகலாம், பார்க்கலாம், ஆய்வு செய்யலாம், காப்புப்பிரதிக்காக நகலெடுக்கலாம், மேற்பார்வையிடலாம், நீக்கலாம் அல்லது கருவிக்குள் காட்சிப்படுத்தலாம் என்பதை ஏற்கிறீர்கள். சேவையை இயக்க, பாதுகாப்பாக வைக்க, சிக்கல்களைச் சரிசெய்ய, தவறான பயன்பாட்டைத் தடுக்க, கருவியை மேம்படுத்த இதைச் செய்கிறோம். உங்கள் எழுத்துருக்களை நாங்கள் விற்க மாட்டோம்; நீங்கள் பொது வெளியீடாக, அனுமதிக்கும் உரிமத்தில் வைத்தால் தவிர, கருவிக்கு வெளியே விநியோகிக்க மாட்டோம்.
5. பகிர்வும் உரிமமும்

6. பதிவேற்றக் கூடாதவை
உங்களுக்கு உரிமை இல்லாத எழுத்துருக்களை — வணிக எழுத்துருக்கள் அல்லது அவற்றின் நெருங்கிய நகல்கள் உட்பட — பதிவேற்றவோ மறு உருவாக்கவோ கூடாது. எழுத்துகளில் புண்படுத்தும் உருவங்கள் கூடாது. இந்த விதியை மீறும் எழுத்துருவை நீக்கவும் கணக்கை இடைநிறுத்தவும் முடியும்.
7. இணைப்பு வழிப் பயன்பாடு
ஒரு எழுத்துரு இணைப்பு வழிப் பயன்பாட்டை அனுமதித்தால், அதற்கு இணைக்கும் இணையதளங்களுக்கு அதன் கோப்புகளை நாங்கள் வழங்குகிறோம். அசாதாரண சுமையை ஏற்படுத்தும் அல்லது புகார் பெறும் எழுத்துருவை வரம்புபடுத்தவோ நிறுத்தவோ செய்யலாம்.
8. உங்கள் தரவும் நீக்கமும்
உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல், பெயர், மொழி விருப்பம், உங்கள் எழுத்துருக்கள், மற்றும் சேவையை இயக்கவும் வடிவமைப்பாளருக்கு அடிப்படைப் புள்ளிவிவரங்களைக் காட்டவும் தேவையான பயன்பாட்டுத் தரவை நாங்கள் சேமிக்கிறோம். எந்த எழுத்துருவையும், அல்லது அனைத்து எழுத்துருக்கள் உருவாக்கங்களுடன் உங்கள் முழுக் கணக்கையும், கணக்குப் பக்கத்திலிருந்து நீக்கலாம். காப்புப்பிரதிகள் 30 நாட்களுக்குள் அழிக்கப்படும். இந்தியாவின் டிஜிட்டல் தனிநபர் தரவுப் பாதுகாப்புச் சட்டம் 2023-ஐப் பின்பற்றுகிறோம்.
9. உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை
சுழி உள்ளபடியே, இலவசமாக, எந்த உத்தரவாதமும் இன்றி வழங்கப்படுகிறது. எழுத்துருக்கள் தானாக உருவாக்கப்படுகின்றன; பிழைகள் இருக்கலாம் — நம்பும் முன் சோதிக்கவும். கருவி அல்லது அதில் உருவாக்கிய எழுத்துருக்களின் பயன்பாட்டால் ஏற்படும் இழப்புகளுக்கு, சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கும் அளவுக்கு, நாங்கள் பொறுப்பல்ல.
10. மாற்றங்கள்
இந்த விதிமுறைகளை நாங்கள் புதுப்பிக்கலாம். அப்போது அடுத்த உள்நுழைவில் புதிய பதிப்பை ஏற்கக் கேட்போம். ஏற்ற பின் தொடர்ந்து பயன்படுத்துவது புதிய விதிமுறைகளை ஒப்புக்கொள்வதாகும்.

1. What Suzhi is
Suzhi is a free tool operated by Oliyon Research ("we") at https://suzhi.oliyonresearch.com. It lets you create Tamil fonts, store them in your account, build font files and, if you choose, share them with others. There is no charge and there are no paid features.
2. Your account
You sign in with a verified e-mail address or a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older, or use the tool with a parent's or guardian's consent.
3. You own your fonts
The letterforms you draw and the fonts built from them are your work. You keep all copyright and other rights in them. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to us.
4. Access by the operator
By using Suzhi you agree that the operator and its administrators may, without asking you each time, access, view, inspect, copy for backup, moderate, remove, or showcase inside the tool any font or letter you create here. We do this to run the service, keep it safe, fix problems, prevent abuse and improve the tool. We will not sell your fonts, and we will not distribute them outside the tool unless you have made the font Public under a licence that allows it.
5. Sharing and licences
You decide for each font whether it is private, unlisted (visible to anyone with the link) or public (listed in the gallery after review). You also decide what others may do — preview, use via our hosted link, or download — and under which licence. When you choose an open licence (such as the SIL Open Font License or Creative Commons BY), you grant everyone the rights that licence describes; this cannot be undone for copies already made. Public listing is subject to review and may be refused or removed.
6. What you may not upload
Do not upload or recreate fonts you do not have the right to use, including commercial fonts or close copies of them. Do not include offensive imagery in glyphs. We may remove any font and suspend any account that breaks this rule.
7. Hosted use
When a font allows embedding, we serve its files to the websites that link to it. We may rate-limit or stop serving a font that causes unusual load or is reported for abuse.
8. Your data and deletion
We store your e-mail address, name, language preference, your fonts and usage events needed to run the service and to show the designer basic statistics. You can delete any font, or your whole account with all fonts and builds, from the Account page. Backups are purged within 30 days. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. No warranty
Suzhi is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Fonts are generated automatically and may contain errors; test them before relying on them. We are not liable for losses arising from the use of the tool or of fonts made with it, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in. Continued use after acceptance means you agree to the new terms.
